HRM365 was founded by Happy Rita Malinzi, a seasoned People Operations professional with over 12 years of experience leading HR across international organisations in the NGO, education, solar energy, and healthcare sectors.
Working across both local and global environments, Happy has developed a grounded, practical understanding of how to build workplaces that go beyond compliance; creating environments where people feel supported, businesses perform, and systems are built to last.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resources Management from Nottingham Trent University (UK), as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specialising in Human Resources Management.
Fittingly, her initials — HRM — mirror the very field she has dedicated her career to, a small detail that feels less like coincidence and more like a reflection of purpose.
